SADLY I think you are correct about being ripped off. One thing to me that is VERY important is customer service. Whether is is going to a restaurant, store or dealing with a company such as you have. If I get service as bad as you have, I do the same thing as you....TALL THE WORLD. I may not be in the market for a laptop but IF that day does come I'll be sure to make a note of WHAT company NOT to go to.

This was a very expensive machine and I am absolutely disgusted that Fujitsu Siemens don't even have the decency to respond to a customer complaint.
I haven't pursued the matter as I would normally have done because, as you might be aware, I have had more important matters to contend with.
It looks like I am the victim of a corporate rip off by Fujittsu Siemens.

how irritating!! looks like(or should sounds like) your dog is pretty upset with that darn thing too! If it was my wife with that thing, I would have to duck as she would be throwing it out the window!!
