Okay I have a question and need some help!

Got a fundraising project I'm working on for a small charter school I volunteer with. The project is easy enough we are having a fall fundraiser on October 31st It's a Halloween Costume ball. We have the date, we have the place. Now for the help.

It's being done as a family event, Children and families will be welcome and we will be having a costume contest. Well 2 contests. One for the kids and one for the adults. That winners will be announced at the end of the evening. We will give 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes in each category. So now for the help. I need ideas on other activities to do during the evening. For that matter I need costume ideas for myself!

Any help guys? And no Garnet, I am not going to put on a yellow slicker and carry around a big fish!

Dark Knight (Batman) is a big hit right now, if thats too dark (hee,hee) then theres always Strawberry shortcake and friends.
As you can tell, I never dress for Halloween.

A couple weeks back I visited one of those used clothing stores. Much to my suprise they had a whole section of the store filled with new halloween costumes and I thought to myself, why the heck would you need a new costume when there's so much good stuff in the rest of the store?

LOL...Some of them clothes, I can't imagine wearing them for anything BUT halloween! Esspecially the used underpants! They may work good over top of your pants, but.....!!!

So there ya go...maybe yellow life jackets and slimy fish aren't so bad! :)

I still need ideas for activities! I think I'm going to wear a black cowled robe and carry a scythe. The Grim Reaperess! If we are really lucky someone will put on a yellow slicker and carry a big fish. If they do I'm going to give them first place just for having taken the time to find out who Fish Dude is!
